Alliance Engineering provides first samples 8-10 weeks after design approval and prior to shipping the mold to the states. The engineers at Alliance work with their supply base to ensure molds are sampled under recommended process conditions so that samples produced can be used to determine suitability of shipping the mold. Only after customer inspection and approval is the mold shipped.
Once the mold arrives, further sampling can be conducted locally on state of the art equipment to assure compliance with customer requirements. When needed pre-production runs can be arranged. When requested, Alliance can provide full first article inspections of
molded parts in accordance with many drawing conventions including full GD&T.
Capability studies of selected dimensions can also be provided as further evidence of mold readiness for use by the customer.
